The Bible is about seed from Genesis to Revelation. It’s in every major book written in both Old and New testament. There are many correlations to seed throughout the Scriptures, some figures of speech, most are literal. The prominence is because it is the source of all life. Water is a close second but is a whole other study also used in spiritual allegories. The first mention of seed is in Genesis is in 1:11 Let the earth bring forth grass (let means it was already created), the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself… That’s why only seed can yield or sow itself. It is in itself.[1] Science cannot take apart a seed of life and put it back together with any life. Only God can create life.
In the last book of Revelation 12:17 we read And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. In Revelations 12 is a vast amount of historical and spiritual truth that is given by Revelation to John, yet revelation can be given in such a way that it suspends time and place and not always in chronological order. The woman here is referring to Israel, where in another place in the same chapter the woman is Mary, who fled into the desert. Not only was Satan after the seed of Israel and Mary’s child, he was after her (Israel) remnant, the Christians. One of the rare times the church is mentioned in Revelations.[2] Why was he after the seed of Israel?
After the fall in Genesis, God warned the serpent and foretold of a coming messiah that would bruise his head. Destroy him. And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Genesis 3:15. The woman has no seed. What is her seed? The seed is from Holy Spirit, God, who would create in Mary to impregnate her with Jesus, the coming Christ of God to destroy the devil. So, if Satan can destroy “this woman” he can prevent the Christ from coming.
Two major things to consider. The seed was to be kept within a select group called the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The 12 tribes of Israel. In other words, a hybrid of people or race that would keep a pure bloodline necessary for God’s offspring. Prophesied throughout Scripture as specifically coming from the seed and throne of David. That’s why his genealogy is mentioned in the beginning of Matthew. But the King James wrongly concludes it’s on Joseph side (Mary’s husband) who has no seed involved in Mary’s first pregnancy. See it accurately translated here in The Lineage of Mary. This was in history the only true race, or hybrid seed. They, (the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob) are no longer, because they fulfilled their mission, to bring the seed of the Son of God, the Christ child into the world. Today the Genome Project has proven there is no such thing as race. You could take the DNA of anyone and not find 100% of their origin nor determine skin color. Just whether they’re male or female. The word says “…and has made (not created) of one blood all nations of men to dwell on the face of the earth…Acts 17:26. It’s man who perpetuates the myth of divided race. We are the human race.
Second major point, is how obvious it is throughout the word that Satan, that old serpent, has been trying to destroy not only Israel, but all human life since Genesis. Revelations says the devil caused the flood, trying to wipe out all mankind. He used Herod to kill and slaughter all those innocent children to destroy the seed of the coming child king. Wars and famines, and above all, idolatrous Harlots and captivity into Babylon and other heathen civilizations. By trying to destroy all mankind he would make sure he would not have to face his demise by eliminating all seed. Yet, you see how powerful and what a life driving force seed really is.
There are immutable laws in every dimension, including the spiritual. Just like gravity, it works universally. The three that I’ll be focusing on are 1. Everything After It’s Kind. 2. Seed Is Permanent 3. Body and Soul must come into existence before the Spiritual can become into that being. These are powerful immutable laws of God. I have found nothing, in my over 40 years of Scriptural and scientific research, that can supersede or even defy these unchanging truths that hold life together.
And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:11-12. Miyn; pronounced meen) is the Hebrew word for kind- means sorted out within a partition; species, genus, etc. In the plant world there is growth life, no soul life within its kind. Plant life can only reproduce plant life. An apple falls to the ground, an apple plant or tree is what will grow from it. Not a rubber tree. Both are trees but of a different ‘kind’; it’s in God’s immutable law. Everything after its kind. All moving creatures that depend on breath have soul life. A whale will reproduce a whale, a cow will reproduce a cow. There are variations of genus and species, we’ll let science argue the specific definitions and what are the boundaries (partition) for each. But for simple practical purpose, you cannot cross a whale with a cow. There are variations of whales and cows, all body and soul life creatures, yet they must remain within its kind. It’s a masculine noun and is translated sometimes his kind, because the seed is from the male side of every kind or within itself.
A human being is in a class of homo sapien, a species completely distinct and can be biologically detected by DNA. A major distinction in appearance is walking upright. There are a variety of human features that soar above animal life, but the same law applies, only a human being can reproduce another human being, and it always requires the seed from the male and egg from the female.[3]
Seed is permanent once its life from within itself is transferred. You cannot change your parents. Your father’s seed remains in you as long as you live in this body and soul life. An oak tree sprouts when after its kind is planted and is permanently an oak tree. It will not bear apples. Science can manipulate but they still cannot break God’s immutable laws.
Finally, the one immutable law that should shatter a lot of belief systems once understood and evidenced from the Scriptures. On earth, in the material realm, Body and Soul must come before the Spirit. The natural before the supernatural. In Genesis, Adam and Eve had a body and soul first, then God created spirit for man and woman. Adam was not a spiritual being first. Then Jesus explains that one must be born of flesh and blood, then, after that, he must or can be born again (from above) by the spirit. John 3. He even emphasizes the truth everything after its kind: “That which is born of flesh is flesh, that which is born of spirit is spirit.” It’s axiomatic, that even the spirit is after its kind, is permanent, and cannot come into existence before one’s physical birth. This man-made notion that we are spirit beings born into a body is nonsense, and defies God’s immutable law.
Paul clarifies this law in 1 Corinthians 15:38-51 “But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body. All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.” So far everything after its kind. Great. Now we start to distinguish the heavenly, the spiritual from the physical, since Paul’s ministry was distinguishing the two. “There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differs from another star in glory. So also, is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption; It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power; It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. Paul has rightly divided the word and revelation by revealing there’s a glory of the terrestrial (earthly or physical) and a glory of the celestial (heavenly or spiritual) and that one is greater than the other and that the lesser must also precede the greater. That’s an immutable law! It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual one. If you’re a believer and die before the rapture, you will be raised a spiritual quickened being. But your body and soul came first. Here it is written so plainly: Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. What a fantastic truth! The glory of the natural must come before the glory of the spiritual, in sequence and Hierarchy. This destroys the myth of spiritual beings incarnating into a body and soul being first. The body and soul being must first come into being, then be born of the spirit as Jesus Christ and Paul teach via believing and faith. What about Jesus Christ?
The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven. Jesus is referred to as the second Adam. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, he was born body and soul because God took care of the body and soul part first, because he cannot transgress his own immutable laws. Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood (body and soul), he also himself likewise took part of the same; Hebrews 2:14-16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; What are angels? Spirit. but he took on him the seed of Abraham via Mary.
This is he that came by flesh and blood (body an soul), even Jesus Christ; not by flesh only, but by flesh and blood (body and soul). And it is the Spirit that bears witness, because the Spirit is truth. I John 5: 6. Jesus Christ first came by flesh and blood, then came the spirit, 30 years later, at his water baptism, and was for a witness of truth that he was the Son of God.
That’s the earthly fulfillment. What about this one reference to “the Lord from heaven?” We know he was conceived by God from heaven. So, when did Jesus receive his spirit? At his water baptism. And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Matthew 3:16-17. There is no record before this of Jesus Christ having or being born with spirit. Because his spirit descended from heaven he is called the Lord from heaven, having come from above, or return from where he came. All are references to his spirit which came from heaven but came later, or second to his body and soul. Those are not references to his spirit descending and incarnating into flesh. There is no such word as incarnate in the Scriptures. It says he was manifested. As a matter of truth, there is not one verse or source in the entire Bible that says a spirit being became flesh![4]
The concept of seed and it being the source of all life will be further developed in the chapters that pertain to such matters. For now, compare the sower of the seed in Mathew 13:30-23. Here the Scriptures refer to the word as seed. Why not? The word is life! Most of the examples deal with reasons the word or the seed did not sustain. It’s in verse 23 that I want to magnify above the others in order that you succeed at your gardening. But he that received seed into the good ground is he that hears the word, and understands it; which also bears fruit, and brings forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. This is our secret garden and ‘sacred seed.’ It was received on to good solid ground when the word (seed) was not only heard but understood. Did I not say understanding is the key to power and enlightenment? Then you will align your mind and heart to “manifest” much fruit. The understanding of the word creates a sunesis – a Greek word for an energy created from harmony and alignment. The keys to this energy were demonstrated by Jesus Christ and contained an revealed in the Great Mystery, who became that ‘Sacred Seed’ needed to bering into existence eternal life spiritual beings, and manifest the amount of fruit you want to attract into your life while here on Earth.
[1] Usage is within; emphasizing that you are referring to a particular thing and not anything else; for saying that someone or something has a particular quality as ‘in life itself.’
[2] Revelations is written to those who remain after the rapture and the Age of the Mystery has ended; and the new birth is no longer available but Christ is preached by those who ‘endure.’
[3] Despite that giants (Nephilim) roamed the earth, which may have well been, they were still of human origin. Some theories speculate angels bred with humans. That’s an impossibility and transgresses this immutable law, you cannot cross spirit with flesh and blood. It’s impossible. The Nephilim in Genesis 6 is explained in The Science of Genesis.
[4] Angels are spirit beings that can materialize into appearing like human but in reality, it’s only an appearance and not becoming flesh or permanent. They are spirit beings only. Created as spirit beings. This immutable law applies to all life on earth and in this earthly kingdom.
